1 Subscription Plans & Daily Deliveries

Our service provides pre-scheduled, doorstep delivery of fresh fruit cuts, sprout bowls, salads, and healthy beverages:

• Delivery Windows: Deliveries are scheduled across our 9 daily slots divided into Morning (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and Evening (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) batches. You are responsible for ensuring accessible doorstep drop-off or reception during your selected window.
• Daily Preparation: Every meal is washed with 100% ozonized water, freshly cut, and dispatched on the same morning/evening. We do not deliver pre-stored or leftover batches.
• Service Areas: Services are currently active in serviceable pin-codes across Indore and selected delivery zones. If an address falls outside delivery coverage, we reserve the right to cancel or pause the order with an automatic refund.

2 Pause, Resume & Schedule Modifications

We provide full flexibility to adapt your subscription to your travel and lifestyle needs:

• Cut-Off Timing: Any requests to pause deliveries, resume service, change slot timings, or update delivery addresses must be updated via the user dashboard before 9:00 PM for next-day fulfillment.
• Late Requests: Requests made after the 9:00 PM cut-off cannot be accommodated for the following day as raw inventory sourcing and preps begin early morning.
• Plan Validity Extension: Paused days are not lost; your subscription cycle automatically extends by the exact number of paused days.

3 Payments, Coupons & Billing

• Advance Billing: All meal plans (weekly/monthly) are prepaid subscription services payable via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
• Promotional Offers: Discount coupon codes (such as BITE50) are valid once per customer/account on eligible first subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Failed Transactions: In case of an amount deduction without order generation, banking payment gateway reversals typically take 3–5 working days.

4 Cancellation & Refund Rules

You may cancel your active subscription at any time through the platform:

• Prorated Refunds: Upon cancellation, the cost of undelivered, future days will be calculated and refunded to your Bite & Balance Wallet or original payment source.
• Same-Day Non-Deliveries: If a scheduled bowl cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability, incorrect entry permissions, or unreachable phone numbers, that day's meal will be considered fulfilled.
• Quality Complaints: If a delivery is damaged or fails our freshness standards, notify customer support with a photo within 2 hours of doorstep delivery for a replacement or wallet credit.

5 Nutritional Info & Allergen Disclaimer

We take food hygiene and healthy ingredients seriously, but please note the following advisories:

• Seasonal Produce: Actual fruit and vegetable varieties may vary slightly based on seasonal market availability, ensuring only fresh produce is served.
• Nutritional Estimates: Caloric, carb, and protein metrics displayed on plan cards are calculated dietary estimates and may have natural minor variations.
• Allergies: Some salads or bowls may contain seeds, nuts, citrus, or honey. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and informing us in advance of severe allergies. Bite & Balance is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

6 User Conduct & Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and mobile OTP logins.
• Abusive behavior towards delivery executives or kitchen partners will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.

7 Governing Law & Updates

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
