• Personal Details: Full name, verified mobile number, email address, and complete delivery locations (apartment/flat number, landmarks, office addresses).
• Subscription & Schedule Preferences: Selected meal plans (Fruit Bowls, Sprout Salads, Green Smoothies), delivery timing slots (Morning 6 AM – 11 AM or Evening 5 PM – 9 PM), pause/resume dates, and order logs.
• Payment & Billing Data: Transaction references, selected payment modes (UPI, Cards, Net Banking). (Note: All card/banking data is handled directly by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We never save your full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.)
• Device & Geolocation Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pinpoint delivery pin codes to ensure serviceable zone coverage in Indore and surrounding regions.

Your details are used strictly to maintain product freshness, operational accuracy, and great service:

• Preparing freshly sanitized, ozonized produce minutes before dispatch.
• Accurate routing and doorstep delivery within your chosen time slots.
• Sending instant order updates, OTP logins, renewal notices, and delivery tracking alerts.
• Resolving customer inquiries, managing schedule changes, and processing refunds to your wallet.
• Improving app/website features and offering personalized discounts (e.g., promotional codes like BITE50).

We respect your privacy and never sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Limited sharing happens only under strict confidentiality:

• Kitchen & Delivery Partners: Necessary details (Name, Contact Number, Address) are shared with kitchen staff and verified delivery executives purely for meal packaging and doorstep handover.
• Secure Service Providers: Encrypted payment gateways, cloud hosting partners, and transactional SMS/WhatsApp notification channels.
• Legal Requirements: Disclosed only if mandatory under Indian law, legal court orders, or government regulations.

5 Your Control & Account Rights

• Manage Schedules: You can modify your delivery slots, update home/work addresses, or pause your plan via the user dashboard before our daily cut-off time (9:00 PM).
• Account & Data Deletion: In compliance with mobile app standards, you can request full account deletion and data removal at any time through the profile tab or by emailing our support desk.
